Efficiency analysis between local authorities with key stakeholder groups

Article focuses on the strategic analysis of the municipal education based on stakeholder theory and one of the methods for analyzing the efficiency of interaction of municipalities with its stakeholder groups. Were identified key stakeholder groups for the municipality. The article presents a method for evaluating the effectiveness of the municipality as a Stakeholder-organization and an example of its use.
